The Royal Ball and Pirate Cove 2019
Is March 3rd in the St. Louis Parish Activity Center. There will be two events, the Early Ball is at 12:30 - 2:30 and the Late Ball is at 3:30-5:30. All female characters will need to report to the AC by 9:00 to get into costume, hair, and makeup. Male characters will need to be there no later than 10:00. Group photo will be taken at 11:30, with some instruction and prayer following. Doors open at 12:15 and our guests will be filing in at that time. 

Points for this fundraiser will be awarded by ticket sales, items donated, and hours worked. The more tickets we sell, the more money we will raise, so sell to everyone you know.

SOUP 'N SUBS

Our Soup and Sub fundraiser wil be Super Bowl Weekend! We will start presales in January. All orders should be turned in by noon January 28, 2019

Soup will be available for purchase in the St. Louis Parish Activity Center
February 2nd from 1:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
and February 3rd from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. or until sold out.

ESTATE AUCTION SEPTEMBER 22nd

We have been asked to run concessions for an auction in Versailles (next to the NAPA store) on September 22nd. This is a fun and easy way to start earning funds for you 2019 trip account!

Incentives for Sellers (Tentative!)

A Pouch Couch will be awarded to the individual or family with the top sales (determined by total number of items sold divided by number of family members on the team)
 
$100 Trip Account Bonus will be applied to the winner of the drawing. Each seller will receive 1 chance in the drawing for every 10 products he/she sells. The more you sell, the more chances to win! The winner of the drawing will receive an additional $100 on his/her trip account!

Individual Goal: 10 Items sold

Each item sold will earn your account $5 ($2 for individual Grocery Bags, and 40% for online Yankee Candle Orders)

If everyone on the team sells a minimum of 10 items, we will celebrate with a game of Stratigo!

This is our easiest fundraiser! All we have to do is show up to work and the Knights of Columbus does the rest! If you cannot come help on the date they schedule us, please consider signing up to bake desserts.
